Ivan has wide experience in commercial, corporate, construction, and energy and resources disputes including litigation in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales in addition to arbitration proceedings and expert determinations. He has advised extensively on risk management and strategic issues arising from multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration, and has had the conduct of high profile matters in courts of superior jurisdiction.

Ivan has particular experience in relation to corporations disputes, commercial contract (including joint venture) disputes, and mining royalty disputes. He has appeared as counsel in complex matters, including urgent injunctions, derivative action applications and companies' schemes of arrangement applications.

Ivan was a Principal in the litigation and dispute resolution group of Allion Legal and Cardinal Litigation + Dispute Resolution. He has also worked at a number of top tier firms including King & Wood Mallesons and previously Maxim Litigation Consultants.

Ivan is a Founder and Principal of Armeli & Molony Lawyers.

Damian Molony was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2001.

Damian has significant experience in corporate and commercial disputes, mining disputes and insolvency litigation and has appeared in various jurisdictions, including Federal court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Western Australia in a number of complex corporate and commercial disputes both as Counsel and as instructing solicitor acting for listed entities and high net worth individuals.

During 2003, Damian moved to the United States and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Tennessee (and later the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee). He also worked as an attorney for Stites and Harbison, PLLC in Nashville, Tennessee in their commercial litigation department, practicing mainly in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and commercial litigation for corporate. Damian returned to Perth in 2006 and commenced working with Maxim Litigation Consultants.

In 2012, Damian established his own firm Optima Legal focusing on clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters and later became a principal at Kings Park Corporate Lawyers.

Damian is a Founder and Principal of Armeli & Molony Lawyers.

Claude completed a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in December 2009.

Claude has experience working across a wide variety of matters in commercial and corporate litigation. In particular, contractual disputes, indemnity disputes, including mining and resources disputes.

He has extensive experience in commercial litigation in the Supreme Court of WA and the Federal Court of Australia as well as appearing on behalf of clients in ADR conferences.

Anita has experience in a range of commercial and building and construction disputes, including litigation in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.

Anita has particular experience in relation to contract, corporate and property disputes, as well as construction law and insolvency matters. Her clients have included international companies, listed and private corporations, and business owners.

Anita was a solicitor in the litigation and dispute resolution group of Allion Legal and an Associate with Cardinal Litigation + Dispute Resolution. She previously worked at the Supreme Court of Western Australia, including as Court Support Officer for the Bell Group Appeal and subsequently as a Registrar's Associate.
